We founded Empléate, LLC to connect Guatemalans to high-quality, high-paying jobs and to help U.S. employers to fill labor shortages with experienced workers. Creating a recruitment system that is ethical, effective, and transparent is essential to protect the dignity of the workers and growers, and to broaden the availability of this great opportunity.
